On March 8, Canada invited 671 Express Entry candidates to apply for Permanent Residence. All of these candidates received nominations under the provincial nominee program thereby gathering an extra 600 points.
All of the invited candidates had a minimum score of 739 thanks to their PNP nominations. Candidates received scores based on their human capital factors such as academic background, age, work experience and language ability in English and/or French. On top of this, candidates who are able to demonstrate that their skills benefit any specific provincial labour market, then they may be able to score extra points and receive an invitation to apply (ITA) for Canadian Permanent Residency.
Please be advised that receiving an ITA does not guarantee Canadian Permanent Residency to any of the candidates. Each applicant must go through strict eligibility criteria and prove themselves through various screening processes in order to qualify for Canadian permanent residency.
